FPS Chancellery of the Prime Minister makes every effort to provide high-quality services. However, if you are not satisfied with services for which we are responsible, you can file a complaint by filling in the form below or by sending a letter to the address at the top of this page.

The complaints manager will send you a confirmation and, if your complaint is receivable, a unique reference number. You will be sent a reply within thirty days and depending on the situation, a correction, a suggested solution, etc.  

Please note that filing a complaint is not the same as lodging an appeal. If you would like to have an administrative decision repealed, you must lodge an appeal with the relevant body.
